I did have a little bit of a problem in the beginning, but the support team helped me immediately. One thing I would add to your download directions is to turn off the firewall. That is what slowed me down and caused me problems.

I believe that in an age of horribly overpriced software (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe, etc.) you do a huge service in offering reasonably priced access to that same software.
