The process of downloading and installing was straightforward. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Very happy with the purchase and I will buy again from you.

I much appreciated the help and speed that it was given!! Installation was very straightforward once you had helped - if only I had read your clear PDF file first it would have been quicker and easier - many thanks for an excellent service all round!

Thank you for all your help after I realized I downloaded the MAC version when I needed the PC version.

I am happy to say that my computer has the product I purchased and is working well. Thank you so much for caring and following up. I will be a repeat customer just for that :)
